Welcome to The Playlist Connection, a private social media community hosted on j4sin.com (“Community”). By accessing or using this Community, you agree to abide by the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.
- Private Community
The Playlist Connection is a private community intended for individuals who share an interest in creativity, music, and the arts. Access to and participation in this Community are at the sole discretion of the Community owner, Jason Bradford / J4SIN. The Owner reserves the right to deny access or remove any user from the Community as deemed necessary.
- Conduct and Content
a. Compliance with Laws: Users must not engage in any illegal activity or post any content that violates applicable laws, regulations, or intellectual property rights. This includes, but is not limited to, sharing copyrighted materials without permission, engaging in harassment, hate speech, or any form of discrimination.
b. Respectful Behavior: Users are expected to treat one another with respect, empathy, and kindness. Harassment, bullying, or any form of abusive behavior will not be tolerated.
c. Content Moderation: The Owner reserves the right to monitor and moderate all content posted within the Community. Content that violates these Terms and Conditions may be removed without notice.
d. Report Violations: Users are encouraged to report any violations of these Terms and Conditions or any concerning behavior within the Community to the Owner.
- User Responsibility
Users are solely responsible for their actions and the content they post within the Community. The Owner is not responsible for user-generated content, and any reliance on such content is at the user’s own risk.
- Privacy
User privacy is important. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how your personal information is collected, used, and protected within the Community.
- Changes to Terms and Conditions
The Owner reserves the right to modify or update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Users will be notified of any changes, and continued use of the Community implies acceptance of the modified Terms and Conditions.
- Termination of Access
The Owner may terminate or suspend a user’s access to the Community, with or without notice, for any violation of these Terms and Conditions or for any other reason deemed appropriate by the Owner.

The Community is provided “as is” and “as available.” The Owner makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the availability, reliability, or accuracy of the Community.
- Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of Tennessee, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
By accessing or using the Community, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with these Terms and Conditions, please do not use the Community.
